- 5.6 and 45 is way to underweight. I was 49 Kg and 5.4 in height before but slowly gaining, now at 54 kg. Do you like eating? Me, personally no I don't like eating. But I have to. But this is not rocket science. You have to eat eat eat and eat. Distribute your meals 5-6 times in a day. You will feel full most of the time but you have to eat even if you feel u can no longer take in. Small portions can do like peanuts, until you are ready to eat again in your next meal. These are what you need: VItamins, Proteins, Calories. And these are the sources: Fish, fruits, vegies, meats, fresh juices, MILK, egg whites, peanut butter. Seriously 5.6 and 45 is way too underweight, i was already underweight 5.4 and 49 before. And you are even lighter than me even though you are taller.
